St. Regis Grand Hotel - Italy

July 2008
Rome - Italy
http://www.stregisgrand.hotelinroma.com

Is a top hotel that is mentioned on the Condé Nast Traveller’s 2005 Gold List, and rightly so.
All the rooms are tastefully furnished, and combined with the hotel’s general decor, it is a very nice place to stay.
Service and food are also in a very high class, and the hotel limousine service is less expensive than the local taxies. When arriving at the airport, we recommend that you have ordered pickup by the hotel limousine before leaving home – Price EUR 50, where it would have cost EUR 75 with a taxi.

The hotel is in walking distance of all the sights, such as The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Via Veneto. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Navona and the expensive shops of Via Condotti are also right around the corner.

We recommend that you spend an evening eating at La Terrazza dell'Eden at Hotel Eden with chef Adriano Cavagnini, which is located a 10-minute walk from St. Regis. Here, you are sitting at the top of the hotel with panorama windows all the way round, looking at all of Rome.
